Meet the Owner
Sean Flaherty has been a fixture in the New York bar and restaurant scene since 2005. Starting his career on Long Island, he quickly moved to the heart of NYC, spending seven years managing established restaurants like Dos Caminos, Bill's Bar and Burger, and Jane. In November 2019, he realized his dream, opening his own bar and restaurant in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Now, Sean is thrilled to bring his expertise directly to your event. Launched in Fall 2024, The Rolling Tippler is a unique mobile bartending service that will bring a premium bar experience to your doorstep.
